[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this drain for a new bathroom remodel to add to a custom sized shower. I am very happy with the quality and look of it. Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. The openings are large enough to let a good amount of water through but small enough so other things, like caps and razor heads, don't fall in. Overall very nice.. Mwtrbg. New Jersey. Good quality faucet. You might need this model over model 8244, which has 4.5" handles, if your spay nozzle is less than four inches from the cold water valve. I learned that the colored foil stickers for hot and cold can be removed, exposing a recessed chrome area with recessed H and C lettering within.
