This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. Really solid door, paint finish is amazing, but it is not really very printable. It would need to be scuffed up well to take any paint, so when one side accidentally had trim applied to it and there were tiny nail holes after we removed the trim strip the painters were concerned about painting the whole door because the finish wouldn't be as good if they had to prep the whole door and eventually the paint-over could fail vs if we just kept most of the door untouched and just painted the one style to cover the small nail holes.
