Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Have had this couch for about 6 months now. It's a good value for the money, pretty well made, nice fabric, relatively comfortable. Assembly wasn't terribly difficult. Hopefully it will wear well. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Appreciate that it’s not off gassing toxins. * Update-Only negative is that I wish the bench cushion was flippable like the back cushions, I have to keep adjusting the cushion because it pulls forward physically and the material pulls forward so I have to unzip it and realign the seems.
