This bench is a beautifully crafted piece that will serve as a dining bench in the breakfast room of our mountain house. It is heavy and stable. (about 70 pounds). Can seat 3 kids...The alder top finish looks very red and I may have to stain it darker as it doesn't match my alder pieces. The packing was overkill and very difficult to unpack. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
