I bought this couch on 5/6/2026 and it arrived today, on the 8th. So far, I'm very happy. It firs perfectly in my space. Its not too big but its not small either. It's very sturdy. The cushions are nice and firm, but still a little bouncy and the fabric is soft. Overall, very comfortable! The pull out bed is smooth and easy to open up and put back. I can't wait to have movie nights with my kids on this couch. I'm very pleased so far. Also, it was super easy to put together. I thought that it didn't come with directions so I ended up putting it halfway together on my own until I found the directions lol. I'm a 5'1 woman and put it together on my own in about an hour. The only hard part was the last ar because I had to lift the couch up and it is heavy! But that's because I didn't pay attention to the directions. I want to emphasize how heavy this couch is. I have it on carpet, and it is EXTREMELY difficult to move around. Very, very heavy. Very pleased. If I had to change anything it would be higher up off the floor, too low for me, I'm tall. I did raise it up by about 2", bought 4" legs and raised the 2 coasters (On pull out) with blocks of wood painted black. Another change I'd make are the back cushions, I'd make the 3 reversable ,without the black fabric and velcro. Other than those 2 tweaks I like the couch. It did come in 2 boxes, on 2 different days. Packaging was Chinese cardboard (very thin) and there were areas that were torn open exposing the couch fabric which was in a thin bag of plastic. Luckily no damage to the couch! Packaging could be a bit more beefy since it's Fedex Ground and one person...dragging it to door, no handtruck!!! One package 101 lb's and other 87 lb's. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly. I ordered this sectional on October 13 and didn’t receive it until November 13, an entire month later. The shipping experience was really disappointing. Customer service didn’t seem aware of the delay, and the delivery came in multiple boxes on different days. Some pieces even had a few dark stains, likely from getting wet in the rain. BUT the sectional itself is a solid 5 stars. It’s beautiful, super comfy, and very spacious, exactly what I wanted for my family. The pull-out bed is a great bonus, and the color looks amazing in my space. Once it finally arrived, I fell in love with it. It’s big enough for me and my kids, and honestly feels like another bed.
