[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refer is nice except for one! The refer that I bought unfortunately is freezing all the way! I called the tech support two weeks ago, I was told just to reset it by unplugging the refer and wait for 15 mins then plugged it back! Up to now, still the same!
