Be prepared for a lot of packaging to dispose of. Assembly required two to three people, but once set up the table was perfectly leveled right out of the gate. The felt is in great condition and plays beautifully, making it ideal for renters, families, and casual games. We especially love the versatility. Its awesome, Great quality, totallyyy not heavy (for me and my 20 friends who helped). The pool part is perfect, poker side is just as good, and the dining top is plenty room for a big spread. It took like 5 minutes (8 hours) to put together and i only got testicular torsion when flipped it over on its legs when finished building it. So a solid 1010 would buy again (if i won the lottery). The legs have adjustable 1.5” leg levelers, and an adjustable bracket under the playfield to help even the surface. A large part of the playfield mainframe is preassembled, the assembly process mostly consists of the table legs, benches, and caddy. The recommended game room size is 16.5’ x 13.5’ to allow for cue stick movement around the table. This table arrived very well packed. There was no damage to its parts. It weighs almost 400 lbs. Three men struggled to bring it in, and the box indicated six men were needed. My husband and son assembled it in a few hours. While there was no problem with the table the delivery men backed into my sons car. Looks great, assembly I did by myself (don't recommend) arived intact packaging but upon opening its unassembled but the table is assembled just not the air hockey side for shipping. Well glue seperated on almost all support joints. I had to glue and screw it back together and is better than new. Also one of the pivots was damaged so I fixed that too. In all I didnt pay full price, I got it onsale and im happy with the purchase. After about a week I did notice the table warped a bit and balls kinda lean one way or the other.
