So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor. The Capri has 16 strategically placed air jets that pull in air and blow it into the water to create a gentle, relaxing massage. Eight (8) upper, fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while an additional eight (8) floor jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and legs. Additionally, two (2) of the eight (8) upper jets are bidet jets. The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet has five (5) pieces: two temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The 5-Piece faucet has a fill rate of 18 GPM (gallons per minute), based on plumbing conditions. Note: The color of the white door frame may vary slightly from the white shell of the tub.
