This is a nice faucet and has the look we were going for in this bathroom. I removed a star because my clients complained that there was a loud squeak when turning one of the levers. It was easily fixed but required taking it apart to lubricate and it's strange to have to do that with a new item. Otherwise, it's a nicely made product that feels good to use and I would recommend.. This faucet is lovely in person and heavy duty. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the finish isn't quite as rich in person as it is online. I returned another brand for the same reason. I'm keeping this one but not quite what is portrayed. Online shades are difficult in general. However, as someone who purchases lots of faucets for clients, I am seeing more often the color is being enhanced for the online photo making it difficult to match finishes.
