First opening the box, it looked to be a major undertaking. However it was a simple job. Just a few notes : some of the pieces are heavy, especially the umbrella holder and might need a second person. The raising and lowering handle was a bit tedious to line up the hole. I would recommend bolting down the legs, I ended up putting lag bolts through the deck floor joists. That thing isn't moving! Overall a very large and solid umbrella, very happy with purchase.. I’m pleased with the product but it does take up a lot of space and was difficult to fill with sand . There was an inside obstruction so you could only get a funnel in about 1 inch. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Just what we needed for our new 12’ x 12’ cantilever umbrella to be able to move it around. Very big and sturdy base that supports the umbrella well. The only issue my husband was worried about was the fact smaller rocks could easily fall out through the large hole screen it comes with in the bottom of the squares. Our tub arrived yesterday in perfect condition! The crate it arrived in was substantial, and the packaging was secure. My husband and I used a furniture dolly (rolling platform) to move it into our bathroom, and it went very well. It helped that the 29” width fit through our 30” doorways. Of course, there is no overflow drain, so if that is a concern, do not order this tub. But I am extremely pleased with the tub so far! Im excited to post a photo of the project once it is complete. Update We installed the tub, and I’m extremely pleased with the way it turned out! The install was tricky for my husband and I to maneuver, as we didn’t hire an outside contractors.
