We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. The cooktop burners are very fast and precise. As a bonus, I notice almost zero of the buzzing that I've gotten on other induction cooktops. The only negative I've encountered so far is that even using conduction, I find some pretty noticeable hot spots (or cold ones) when I roast something (I see this when I do cauliflower, for instance, and a part is getting to the nice roasty stage and the rest is still white and not quite there).. The control panels are very simple and easy to do all your cooking needs . The engineers thought of everything plus customer comments are all taking into discussion making. Now need for extra appliances like air fryer, tosters etc because this oven has all those features plus the convection cooking . You can be a rookie to a 5 star chief and this oven will fill all you needs . Baking, broil , frozen to pizza plus more fantastic options! The service is second to none ....
