I can’t say enough great things about these chairs and Orren Ellis and Wayfair’s fantastic customer service! My chairs arrived quickly but one had a large crack on the base from an over tightened screw I believe. I immediately let Wayfair know who got in touch with Orren Ellis. I had replacement chairs by the end of the week without any inconvenience to me whatsoever! The chairs are absolutely stunning and well made! The colors are an off white and rich maple wood true to the pictures on the website. They were well packaged and no assembly was needed at all.
