This is a nice, big, heated towel rack! We love the finish—we were looking for more of an antique brass finish, but this one was gold, not too shiny, and worked perfectly. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. I have always wanted a towel warmer- I love to take baths at night and the thought of a warm towel sounds so relaxing. This warmer is nice - it has a lot of racks and places to hang a robe but it is just so large and sticks out pretty far on the top. I actually think it’s too big for my smaller sized main bath. This is my first time buying a towel warmer. I thought the towels would get warmer but Im please with this purchase. It sticks out of the wall about three inches. I had to buy a door stop to not hit it with the door. I have a small bathroom. It looks classy, it has to be installed by someone who knows how to run electric wiring. I like the switch option..
