I have always wanted a towel warmer- I love to take baths at night and the thought of a warm towel sounds so relaxing. This warmer is nice - it has a lot of racks and places to hang a robe but it is just so large and sticks out pretty far on the top. I actually think it’s too big for my smaller sized main bath. Please note you have to buy the concealed wall box with this or it cant be installed. Mine arrived with a dent and as my contractor failed to tell me before installing it, I feel I have to keep it. Had he told me before installing it, which was rhr last thing he did as his job was done, I would have exchanged it as it's a great towel warmer and works well. I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. I love this! I have a contemporary master bathroom that doesn't have a lot of ventilation, ad a wonderful pool/spa with wet towels and bathing suits, that gives you a need for a heated towel rack that dries 'em.
