The coffee tastes great and the overall functionality is honestly brilliant. My only knock is the internal containers in the tray that trigger the “ready” sensors seem very hypersensitive, so it can be finicky. Also, it’s pretty noisy while it’s running. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts. Installed the system relatively easy. Had to go to a plumbing store to buy different parts to connect to my beverage faucet that was not a Kohler faucet. The only thing that was inconsistent was the picture on the site shows a brass T fitting and the unit comes with a plastic T fitting. This is somewhat deceiving for the price you pay for the unit.
