Exactly What expected. I thought about giving a 4 star because the foam axes damaged the first time I rented it out. I learned that the Velcro being so new makes the axes hard to unstick. In order to prevent that you have to detach it using the foam ahead opposed to the stick on the axes. I bought new ones for 16 a piece. I would give this vacuum 10 stars if I could. I don’t have any animals but I recently purchased a velvet sofa that is basically a lint magnet! It drove me insane wipping off the sofa every other day. I was having second thoughts about the purchase but I then thought to purchase a handheld vacuum and omg I’m so happy I did. Sucked the lint away in matter of seconds. Picks up fast and quick and the attachments are perfect for my hall stairs so I can remove the brush and use the hose so I’m not placing the dirty brush on my sofa after using it to vacuum up dirt tracked in from outdoors.
