I had a customer purchase 4 of these toilets, the only problem I noticed with the installation is you can tighten the bolts through the sides of the base and you can still twist the bowl. In other words there's still play from side to side, but not forward and back. I've watched several installation videos, and everyone gives the impression that the toilet bowl is locked down without any movement. So once everything is assembled your basically depending on the caulking to seal and hold the base of the toilet in place. On the concentional base with the screws being secured through the holes on the base you were able to securely lock down the base. Features Toto’s tornado flush, a rimless, hole-free design with dual-nozzles that creates a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. This version of the Toto Drake includes Cefiontect, a layer of exceptionally smooth glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to the ceramic. Cefiontect, coupled with tornado flush, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. This version of the Toto Drake is designed in Toto’s universal height, which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. This version of the Drake has a left-hand chrome trip lever, is ADA compliant, and meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California’s CEC requirements. Toto washlet+ toilets feature a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal the optional washlet+ bidet seat supply line and power cords for seamless integration. The Drake two-piece toilet includes a tank-to-bowl gasket, tank-to-bowl hardware, toilet bolt caps, and a SoftClose toilet seat. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and optional T40 washlet+ electronic bidet seat.

Ordered this in a black finish. Arrived as promised. I also ordered a seat since one was not included. I was not aware that a wax ring and mounting bolts were also not included. Although the price was less than the competitors, having to buy the other items made the price more expensive than what other companies offered. Lesson learned make a true comparison before buying..
