I would give 5* for this product as I love the look and feel and it works great, but it arrived with a missing screw. Wayfair was very understanding and offered us a partial refund or store credit. This faucet lifts to control the volume (water flow) and turns left and right to control the temperature. Many shower faucets only allow temperature control so if you want flow control as well, this is the one for you. This product is the trim only, i.e. the part that you see and use every time you shower. It does not include the valve (piece that goes inside the wall). You have to buy the valve separately which costs around 60-70 depending on where you get it from. Make sure you get the correct valve. It must be a Moen valve but not all Moen valves will work. For this faucet you need a M-core 3 series valve with 3 ports (if not connected to a bath) or 4 ports (if connected to both a shower and a bath). You also want to make sure you select a valve with the right connection type (PEX vs CCIPS). Your plumber should be able to help you select the right valve but Wayfair should add this information on the product’s description page. The RCS5T removes chlorine, hardness, heavy metals, toxins, and more. It produces reverse osmosis water at up to 500 GPD, a pace that allows it to function as a tankless system without affecting functionality. The centerpiece of the system is its dual-flow RO membrane that receives water from both sides of the membrane housing and is fueled by a high powered booster pump. Higher water pressure to the dual-flow membrane results in faster RO production and less drain water being rejected. These factors culminate in the RCS5T achieving an exceptional 1:1 pure to drain water ratio. The RCS5T can be used with water pressure sources as low as 25 psi, and has a built in pressure gauge to provide an accurate pressure reading. A power source is required for the booster pump, and a holding tank can be added to the system for high usage situations.
