Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Only reason it’s 4 stars is because I’m not a wine drinker and don’t like the wine shelves. I wish we had the option to pick out different shelving for it. That being said, we knew that going into it and wanted the double doors for space.
