The item was perfect. My dealings on the phone with wayfair were 100%. I ordered 3 different refrigerators 3 different times. The first 2 were cancelled days later because they were "out of stock", although they were in stock when I ordered them. Finally, the third one shipped and was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. Monday evening about 7PM I received a recorded message telling me it would be delivered between 7AM and 11AM. I was told I would get a 30 minute warning text before it arrived. At 7:15AM I got a call from my neighbor that a delivery truck was backing in to my driveway. No warning call or text. I had to scramble to get my neighbor there to organize everything and sign the paperwork. The drivers did a great job getting things done. I have no problem with them. Wayfair, as I said, went above and beyond for me. Whoever was supposed to notify me dropped the ball. And GE, selling me 3 refrigerators while 2 of them were out of stock, failed miserably.. Michael. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite.
