This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. The sink is far better than I expected - but beware it is VERY HEAVY and will require strong support from underneath as way too heavy for a standard “undermount". It is also quite deep and will drop thusly into the cabinet below. That said it should be a wonderful prep sink for my kitchen island. The finish is very smooth and lovely with a bit less gloss than pictured - which is what I prefer - and will match my natural travertine marble main sink very well. The major problem was in the acquiring: it was difficult to locate and receive, having initially ordered from another source that then (weeks later) advised it was a discontinued item by Barclay and they might get some more in MAY. Wayfair did show two in stock, however, also weeks later noted they had none and they had to (and were able to) get it shipped from the manufacturer direct.
