I had no idea how much I would enjoy cooking on this I just knew the Bosch dishwasher was the king of dishwashers and I wanted all of my appliances to match. This is my fourth stainless steel range (since 2003) and let me tell you this one is leaps and bounds above the rest. It doesn't scratch...ALL 3 of my other ones would scratch so easily just from taking a damp paper towel and wiping up some seasoning that accidentally got sprinkled on the range during cooking. Their stainless is superior. Another awesome feature for me is I love to make homemade bread and the oven has a bread proof setting...awesome. Ok the oven drawer will heat up and I do mean heat not just barley warm but really heat (has 3 levels of heat low, med, and high). Now this blew my mind, my husband and I get pizza from a great local restaurant and when you order the biggest one it comes in a huge box...THE BOX FITS IN THE WARMING DRAWER! I've put our pizza in there with it on high for an hour until he got home from work and it was perfect. Another thing I've noticed is how much more evenly the oven bakes, I've had complete success with my recipes with this oven. I'm a bit curious as to to why the burners are so much further from the cooking surface. Oven cooks (not convection) much more evenly. I use frozen pizzas as my test. Delivery was quick and painless.
