The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. An old addition to the house presented restrictions while renovating the bathroom. This vertical triple-shelf shower niche was the perfect solution! While the width was able to fit between the 12” between the studs, the shelves are still large enough to fit economy-size bottles. We purchased 2 to install side-by-side. With the cut-out measurements available on Wayfair, our contractor was able to rough out the walls before the niches arrived, and they arrived quickly!
