This is considered a high-efficiency washer, so you have to get used to the lesser amount of water it uses compared to older machines. The primary negative is the fabric softener dispenser clogs with the softener residue quite frequently. We have to remove and clean the dispenser tray after every 10 loads or so. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. Update: Fully installed and working great. Simple, not super fancy tankless toilet. Solid material and sleek design. I appreciate all the different features that come with this toilet (warm wash, dryer, soft close, etc.). Hiring a professional plumber to install.
