Only reason it’s 4 stars is because I’m not a wine drinker and don’t like the wine shelves. I wish we had the option to pick out different shelving for it. Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Needed a new wine fridge after my old one just stopped working. After much research and with a recommendation I decided on this one.
