Cooler is great, but their packaging sucks. 1st one showed up from FEDEX dented on the door and hinge was broken, making it unusable. Wayfair was awesome and immediately sent me a new one, which showed up with dents in the exact same places!! However, this one is still usable, so I am just dealing with it.
