This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. This is a major appliance. I am super excited about this and to get it installed in the bonus room above the garage. It gets pretty warm in there in the summer months and cold in the winter months. I have had somewhat of a journey finding an HVAC company to install it considering I already have the equipment, but I have two quotes which seem reasonable and will look to have it installed in the coming weeks. It is definitely a sleek, looking appliance that will blend in nicely to the room. HVAC estimators said all of the components are standard and included and there was nothing more they needed to add to it. One said it looked like a high-quality product to install. I love the fact that it has remotes for the different appliances. It even comes with a mounting guide (see picture below).
