Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. Overall the storage bench has a nice appearance, but it feels fairly cheap. The veneer on the front has already peeled in one place, it came out of the box that way. It also is very light and doesn’t feel overly sturdy. The color is also a little more orange than the natural color in the listing. It was just what I was looking for and looks great in my bathroom! We're just a little disappointed some of the craftsmanship in the drawers and the small gouge that may have been from shipping.
