Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. The lid is soft closing so no more slamming of the cover. Feels great and looks just as clean and sleek. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Great quality and attractive bidet. We had a plumber install this and electrician set up the outlet for this. The heated seat is much appreciated, as well as the drying feature. The night light is a great feature, to be able to find the commode at night without turning the light on and fully waking us up helps. The foam shield requires a product that was not included with the commode. The only feature that we are not impressed with is the volume of the flush. The site says silent flush but it is actually very loud, enough to wake your spouse at night. I appreciate the flush feature being in the front instead of on the side like others have.. Jacqueline.
