Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. I had the worst experience with Wayfair. The toilet came broken into pieces, and when I asked for refund, they asked me to return the broken toilet back to them and then wait for 3-5 days to get refunded. They also sent me the wrong bidet, a cheaper version compare to the one I purchased. I am frustrated because Wayfair said the toilet will get delivered the next day when I placed the order, but it ended up taking 2 weeks to delivery, and then I found out the toilet is broken into pieces and they sent the wrong bidet. And now they asked me to return everything and they have to approve my return before I can get refund...they make me go toilet-less for a month and kept my $2000! I will never buying anything from Wayfair anymore, because they sent me a cheaper alternative, a broken item, and they lied about the delivery time to trick you to buy things from them.. Fh. I owned this same Rohl faucet for several years and when I finally had to replace it due to a plumbing problem that caused the unit to lock up, I came online to try to find the same one. This one is an updated model and it's just as beautiful as my previous model. The hand-held part os slightly less bulky than the older model. I have just one complaint. I think the new model has a water saver 'aerator' in it which makes me feel like I'm having to run water for twice as long in order to do what I'm doing.
