Bought this for my son’s closet. The material is cheap and some of the parts I ordered was expensive. Most of my parts came damaged like the top shelf was damaged but my husband cut the piece off to fit it into the closet small space. Overall the closet looked good after it was assembled. 4 stars for calling this a Door Organizer and not including the hardware for interior door mounting! The manufacturer couldn’t (!) tell me what was needed; my dad was unfortunately no help; and the Lowe’s online, phone, and local associates were all useless. WHAT YOU NEED for the interior (aka hollow) door mount are: two or three packs of Toggler Hollow Door Anchors #8 x 1-1/4” Model #50275 (pictured). You can find them in Aisle 16, Bay 10 at Lowe’s. You can either use the screws inside or the 1-1/2” screws included with the rack. The anchors in the kit will work with either size screw. Also, contrary to one of the answered questions here, you CAN break up the rack and mount it in pieces! It’s a versatile, handy piece with easy to follow instructions other than the glaring omission of hollow-mounting parts and knowledge. Kudos to the amazing customer service from Wayfair. The SuiteSymphony closet system by ClosetMaid is a winner! The instructions were clearly written, the pieces were easy to identify and the assembly went just like the instructional video showed. I also ordered two drawers, a 5" tall drawer and a 10" tall drawer. Again, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I've expanded the system to include a continuous top shelf connecting the two units that I bought and some old shelf units that I had on hand. I ordered two sets of these to replace wire shelving in my daughters' closets. They weren't difficult to put together, just time consuming. A couple of the pieces were chipped and some of the hardware was missing. Wayfair sent the missing hardware promptly. ClosetMaid came in and designed our master closet and gave me a quote for $8K. I bought everything here on Wayfair for 1600. One major recommendation, buy each individual part you need separately. If you order everything you want and one item out of 20 is not available or backordered, Wayfair held up my install for months. Once I cancelled my order and went online to order each part separately, I got them in 3 days. You would think that someone there at Wayfair would have figured that out, but no! I called MULTIPLE times and sat on hold over an hour MULTIPLE times for them to tell me that the warehouse said it's going out in 2 days...I got that same answer for nearly 4 months. I even said that if one piece was holding up the order, to send what they had...no they didn't have a clue. However, the product is great and that's what I am reviewing.
