The tub is beautiful and I can't believe the price for a stone resin tub. I was quoted more for an acrylic tub, which would have cheapened the overall look of my bathroom remodel. It was perfectly crated and undamaged. It took 4 men huffing and puffing to haul it to my primary bath, but it was just installed and all is working well. A few things to note: it is thinner than I imagined it to be based on the weight, so I hope it doesn't mean it is more fragile in the long term. the matte will definitely get scuffs when installing, but it comes right out with the sander.. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Absolutely love this tub. It looks amazing. Love that you can choose the color of both the drain and the overfill hole. The textured bottom is key to getting out of the tub safely, but for added safety I recommend draining the tub and then wiping the bottom dry for extra traction. One other tip, make sure you buy the right height tub filler. I had to return the one I originally bought which was ridiculously tall. The one pictured is 37 tall and seems like the right height.
