I received excellent service from all Wayfair associates, However, I had lots of communication problems with the delivery. The installer came with the incorrect power cord, even though I had communicated before delivery that a 3 prong power cord was required & not a 4 prong per photo on order. Therefore, install was not done. My daughter and I spent quite sometime on the telephone with both Wayfair and GE to resolve this issue. Range was delivered on April 13th, 2026. Install was completed on April 20th, 2026. However, the installer was very pleasant and professional. It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. We love it! The remote is handy and the timer feature is awesome. It is well-made and the as easy to install. We had to order a sleeve to slide it into, but it was very simple.
