By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. I ordered the 55" and I'm 5'5 and can fully stretch out my legs so huge plus! the curve on the back also seems very ergonomic, so I think this will be a very comfortable soaker! As far as quality, this thing seem solid. I wanted solid surface for the heat retention but bonus that this doesn't have any of the creaks/give that a fiberglass/acrylic tub has. Delivery was also very smooth, and my tub looks perfect (no marks, scratches, or other blemishes I've seen in other reviews). Very excited to see the full remodel. This tub was exactly what I wanted amd fits perfectly. I like the deep water level and the little seat.. this is the update on my review. The tub originally came damaged from the manufacturer...twice. 3rd times the charm. Wayfair has more than impressed me with my remodel. I will use them again for the next bath remodel.
