It took a while to unpack and prep for install, but the initial impression of the unit itself is pretty good. It is a nice looking unit. It appears to be smaller than I expected but I haven't got it all together yet. I am VERY disappointed that the delivery people dropped it in my driveway without any contact or calls, they just left it and I was home. When you pay for a large item to be delivered inside it is frustrating. I had to push it inside my garage and it took two months for them to come back and bring it inside. As for packaging, it almost looks like the unit had been returned. The crating and packing was horrible and I'm surprised that I don't have damage, although I did find some. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty.
