Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update: It's been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only $15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. I'm on my 4th refill now. Hopefully it's done with the leaching.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Slow on shipping but a pretty easy setup. A little tough to figure out the controls. This is such a wonderful upgrade to an old spring very small rebounder (24" wide jump space ) that I had been using for about two months. It basically had no bounce. It was sitting unused. Was given to me by a neighbor years ago. Then I got interested in rebounding again after joining a few Facebook Rebounding groups. I did a lot of research before purchasing this rebounder and this particular size. What a wonderful jump experience I am having. It is so much easier on my body. I feel much more confident on the larger mat which is a 31" jump space. More room to move my legs in all positions. On my smaller one I was hesitant to move much for fear of jumping on the springs. This is a quality rebounder. Very sturdy, was easy to put together. I watched a youtube that helped with that process. I am 67.5 inches tall, 137 lbs. Have size 10.5" feet. 69 years old. I am very active and highly recommend this rebounder. I have not changed the bungees as I have only been jumping on this for a few weeks. I know in time I will change them to see what other type of bounce I can get. This was one of the reasons I wanted to purchase a rebounder with bungees so I could change them up. I don't plan on folding this down. I purchased the folding unit because it was $100 cheaper than the 550PRO which a representative from JumpSport told me they are the same units except it is cheaper to ship the folding unit. I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too.
