I love love love this fire table. It looks amazing on my small deck, and the included cover is a great bonus! However, I cannot give it five stars—or even four. PROS First, this item was very easy to put together. The propane tank is also very easy to install. Additionally, there is plenty of room underneath to store the cover and any other small items you want to keep out of sight. When lit, it throws off a comfortable (not a lot like a wood-burning fire pit obviously) amount of heat. I purchased fire glass to replace the lava rocks—18 lbs was more than enough. CONS Ugh. Like other reviews have mentioned, the ignition is VERY unreliable. It works MAYBE 20 of the time. I keep a long lighter underneath to light it manually which defeats the purpose of the ignition “switch.” Also, the second time I used it the fire kept going out even though it was not that windy. After relighting it four or five times, it finally stayed lit. By the way, this was a newly filled tank, so it was not a propane issue. Overall, I love it. For me the price and the aesthetic outweigh the issues, and I am happy with the purchase. I would have given 5 stars, except it isn’t consistently lighting on its own (I called manufacturer customer service, who was very patient and helpful, and walked me thru the process...yes...process for lighting.) sometimes it lights, sometimes we have to use a lighter to get it started. Packaging was good. All parts were included. Easy to follow instructions. Put together easily. Amazing look! It has different flame settings to make it as high or low as you want. The lid is stored inside the unit, which is nice. Things to point out it doesn’t emit a lot of heat but is very pretty. The coupon that comes in the box for a propane tank was expired. Box arrived a bit rough but they packed it in a way the only the beat up side of the box was where the fire glass was. Which was also packed nicely. As for set up. Really easy to put together took about 30 min for one person start to finish. Really like the top. It nice and durable so it can hold up to sweaty glasses. As for the cover. It’s a better quality then other fire pits I have seen but I think I will still buy a canvas style to replace it down the road. Really happy with the quality of this new fire pit.
