This faucet is surprisingly elegant! I ordered the “Pull Down Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with Deck Plate” in black by FORIOU on July 5th and it was delivered on July 12th. I would have appreciated better packaging as it was shipped in its’ own packing box which had been damaged. I am glad I was home at the time of the delivery since the box also clearly indicated the contents. The faucet was packed very well. Fortunately, no damage occurred to the faucet or its components. The faucet comes with installation guidance and a note from the manufacturer/seller asking to report any issues with a promise that they will make it right. The weight of the faucet feels like good quality. It comes with pre-connected water lines and a matching deck plate. Though it says it is a “kitchen” faucet I ordered it for our laundry room. We are currently renovating and wanted something to go with our farmhouse sink and cabinet I like the high gooseneck with the pull-down handle. With the swivel spout hat certainly offers the functionality I need. The sprayer can be adjusted as “stream” or “wide spray”. Overall, this faucet is of seemingly good quality, fits a farmhouse style, and feels comfortable and easy to grip.
