Have it up for the second season. Good quality but should be made stronger where poles are attached. Had to put gorilla tape over the tares. update - this past summer it tore so much it has to be replaced. Someone should design these with stronger fabric. Update july 2024. The fabric seems to be a stronger weave than most. We like the large air vent and the hook for our fanlight. We are not sure of the weep holes when it rains. We want everything under it as dry as possible. Thats a wait n see situation. We have set aside the wall panels and bug netting but they are very well made of high quality durable fabric.
