I tested out on a Saturday morning and with in bout 4-6 hours we had some ribs and roast smoked. This works great and was easy to regulate the heat. My only issue and by all means this is more of a selfish issue then anything I wish the wood box was bigger. I am in love with this and really love how it smokes. Clean up is easy also.
