I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. Love this pressure cooker! I've been using an aluminum PC for years, but recently changed to an induction cooktopand needed an induction compatible PC. It's easy to close the lid securely, to tell when pressure has been achieved, and to quick release the pressure. Yes, it's expensive, but I'll have it the rest of my life and pass it on when I die.
