The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. Dealing with water leaks is now easy with the Mr. Steam Drain Pan. This pan is made from high-quality materials that make it sturdy and long lasting. Sporting a silver finish, this drain pan effortlessly merges with any bathroom interior decor. This drain pan is the perfect accessory with which you can hold water leaks from your generator or water heater. It features a 0.75" drain fitting. You can empty this drain pan every once in a while, when it is full. You can clean this Drain Pan from Mr. Steam with a dry cloth.

Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty.
