Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. The openings are large enough to let a good amount of water through but small enough so other things, like caps and razor heads, don't fall in. Overall very nice.. Mwtrbg. New Jersey. Beautiful drain for a beautiful bathtub...but, it is unfortunate it does not come standard with the $4500 bathtub. Not Wayfair's fault....the manufacturer makes you pay for it separately. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts.
