I’m so disheartened about this purchase. It’s been a complete debacle from the beginning. We ordered this couch in December and I had to inquire on its whereabouts in January. I was informed it was lost in transit and they sent a new one. A couch was delivered and was heavily stained and missing the bottom of the chaise. I called Wayfair and was informed that the delivered couch was the first lost in transit couch and the replacement was coming yet. At this point I was irritated but still holding out that the replacement would be ok. Second couch arrived and to my dismay, was torn and had rips in the fabric and one corner was completely deformed and mangled. I am nauseated thinking I spent 3,000 on this. I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people.
