Easy to install and looks good in the space. I’m most impressed with the fan noise, at max speed it sounds like a table fan or similar to white noise and not like a steam engine like most range hoods. This review is about the Wayfair 30 day return policy. We ordered this blower for a range hood that was was ordered and then cancelled by the manufacturer/appliance company about 45 days later due to 'supply chain issues'. I now have this very nice $500 range hood blower motor still in the un-opened shipping box that can no longer be returned because we waited more than 30 days to return... I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too.
