This is such a cool interesting faucet! Installing it wasn’t hard. The water supply lines were the correct length. Finish was as advertised brushed nickel. The motion sensor, swivel and temperature readings work great. The pull out function hangs up a bit but if this was installed in a washroom or wet bar it would work perfectly I’m sure. I wish I could share a picture but I just love the Crystal Bay shower system! It is exactly what I wanted with a champayne bronze and different shower heads and wide open rain shower! Not so easy to install and as mentioned a part was defective. Wayfair came through beautifully! Wayfair’s customer service is fantastic but not the manufacturer. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
