This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. The drying option doesn’t seem to dry according to the level of water output, but not a big deal. Toilet paper still works for that! Box had everything in it and the directions were thorough. Once the power and plumbing had been adjusted to fit toilet install, everything was fairly simple. The only complaint was the gel wax ring, it didn’t work and lifted the toilet to high of the floor. I had to purchase a different one . Other than that it was direct and simple. There are multiple functions that allow you to adjust your level of clean and comfort. Rear and front wash options have various nozzle positions, water pressure adjustment, temperature controls, wind and seat temps, and an additional feature that provides a specialized bubble wash with pulse massage. For convenience there is a half as well as a full slush. The dryer temp can also be adjusted. The night light makes late bathroom trips much easier. I was very disappointed in the benches I received. They were not black nor were they poly lumber. They were wood and brown. When I contacted the company, I was given options to either keep them or return them. I was not given an amount of what it would cost to return them but I figured it would be costly because they are pretty heavy. After a conversation with a customer service representative, I agreed to keep them with a 20% discount. Then came time to put them together and that was also a disappointment. Several of the wholes were not big enough for the screw covers so it took almost 4 hours to put one together-we did not have the time nor the patience to put the other one together. The instructions were poorly written and hard to follow. Unrelated to this purchase but also a disappointment was a lamp I received from this company a week earlier that had broken wires and needed to be replaced. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue.
