It's a nice looking shed, I have a smaller one of these too, you have to be careful with the panels in the sun, they will warp some which can make alignments difficult and to keep walls straight and not warped, always keep the walls completely flat and realize there are hundreds of screws into plastic that keep this shed together.. I recommend setting this up on 2 pallets with plywood attached on top if it isn't going on a hard level surface. Tolerances are tight, and you will be happier with the result if it's on a perfectly level surface. Too bad about the peeling plastic, as it's a good looking shed for the money. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty. The delivery process was excellent. However, the shed has been nothing but a problem with leaks. There have been leaks at various spots of the roof. Installation guy has been back 3 times to seal around the roof screws. There is water standing in the tracks on the inside of shed near the roof. It seems to be a really poor design. Instructions were followed completely. This morning I checked again after we had some rain last night. The floor is full of water again. Very disappointed with the design of this shed. So far, I love it! I actually wanted a smaller sauna, to fit the niche of a removed (never-used) Jacuzzi bathtub. My wife didn't like my selection (too many knots in the wood), so I let her talk me into buying the Worthington model. I had to tear out the tile and sheet-rock on the two side walls, just to fit the sauna into the space.
