We designed our vanity with all separate pieces. The sink is my favorite part. I added a video of our entire set up all individually ordered all here from Wayfair. Delivery was on time everything came as described and not damaged and we could not be happier. We sent four vanities back from various other sources and Wayfair is the way we should’ve gone in the first place. I found it more cost-effective to piecemeal together the vanity buying the sink separately ffaucet separately. I would love to have been told before we started to order them separately not only does it allow you to design exactly how you want it. The installation actually ended up being cheaper and easier. The only two things that I have a slight and I mean slight to comment about would be the type of sink. We ordered results in quite a bit of splashy water puddles every time you use the sink so it requires a lot of kind of wiping up after yourself and additionally there’s not a lot of storage in the drawers unit but we knew that and I wouldn’t change it. Purchased two light grey Concrete Vessel Sinks for Master Bathroom reno. These sinks are heavy and appear well constructed. We feel they provided a modern touch along with our new quartz countertop. Installation was straightforward. My only negative comment is once you start to use it, the sink easily shows temporary soap/toothpaste stains. You need to clean it often so its annoying. I am debating purchasing a clear coat to apply to the sink to reduce the stain visibility. My local hardware store did not have a specific part, so I had to purchase from Wayfair a "Bathroom Flanged Sink Tailpiece" made by Kibi (Part KTP12MB) which was perfect. Suggest you also order this part. I also purchased a faucet from Wayfair (Single Hole Single Handle Bathroom Vessel Sink Faucet GBF6056HN4) which you can see in the pictures. Works well together. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is.
