Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material. Looks nice and clean in our newly renovated master bath. I purchased this at a time it seemed like I couldn’t find the right door size anywhere, including the big box stores. Relatively easy to install, my husband had it in within an hour or so. We had to manually trim the sill with a saw to fit the entrance. Taking one star off because the two side panels come up higher than the actual shower door and it just looks odd, almost unfinished.
